ECRAD Network Meeting

Room: VEGA

ECRad (Early Career Scientists in Radiation Protection) is a new and dynamic network that aims to connect European initiatives for young and early career researchers and professionals in radiation protection. Our goal is to broaden the professional horizons of early career scientists by disseminating information on mentorship opportunities and job openings as well as organizing training courses and networking events. Ultimately, we aim to build a Europe-wide community of multidisciplinary professionals who can collaboratively tackle challenges in the field, foster growth, and advance their careers. ECRad directly addresses the Vancouver Call for Action to strengthen expertise in radiation protection.

Why Participate? This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers and experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds. Attendees will gain valuable insights and practical advice on various career paths, mentorship, and job opportunities within radiation protection. The event will also focus on developing essential soft skills and expanding knowledge, which are crucial for career advancement. Participants will have the chance to discover career opportunities that align with their aspirations, enabling them to make informed decisions about their professional futures.
