Instruction to set up your desk

​You will be assigned:

- a 2 x 1 squared meter table

- electric plugs

- WI-FI connection

- sufficient room in front of the table to show the usage of your product.​

 

You will have to bring: 

- your own laptop, if needed

- any other item which is not included in the list above.

 

​There will be four opportunities to show your product:

Tuesday 15:55 – 16:20 (same room and same time of the poster session P1)

Wednesday 11:30 – 12:30

Wednesday 15:30 – 16:00 (same room and same time of the poster session P3)

Thursday 15 – 15:30 (same room and same time of the poster session P4)

 

​Tech Sharing Sessions will be showcases where you can demonstrate how the product works. There will be no presentations in the scientific sessions.

 

The desks will be located in the foyer, close to the poster displays. Your product description sheet will be published in the web application so that attendees can contact you personally if they are interested in seeing the product outside the four dedicated sessions.
