Rules for the abstract preparation
Please read the submission rules before submitting your abstract.

All abstracts must be submitted via the online form on the official website. Abstracts sent by e-mail will NOT be accepted.

Each Author can submit 1 abstract.

When submitting your abstract to ERPW 2024, you will be asked to select a conference topic (from a closed list) and to enter a maximum of three keywords (free choice) that best describe the abstract content of the abstract. If your abstract is related to a European Radiation Research Platform, you can also specify its name.

Presentation type can be regular oral, flash oral or poster presentations. Submitters should indicate their preference in the submission form. The decision between flash or poster presentation will be made by the Scientific committee.

Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

All papers will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. The abstracts will be assigned the presentation type and the scientific session by the scientific committee. The final assignment of the presentation type may be different from the one proposed by the Author.

Acceptation will be notified to Authors by e-mail.

Once confirmation of acceptance has been received, authors must register in order to be included in the final conference programme.

Abstracts will be published in the Istisan Congressi series, an ISS publication.

Please, note that the final acceptance of the submitted work and its inclusion in the final ERPW2024 programme is conditional on registration fee payment, within 10 October 2024.
